SocialHub.AI was founded in Singapore in 2021 by Bill Huang — a Microsoft CRM consultant recognized with the Microsoft CRM Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award — and its headquarters later moved to Seattle. Through years of building CRM programs for brand clients, he kept hitting the same paradox: retailers were spending millions on tools that manufactured data silos instead of solving them.

And the problem ran deeper than data. Consumers were being managed as one undifferentiated crowd — every person unique, yet everyone receiving the same content and the same offer. The technology treated millions of individuals as a single segment.

Bill became convinced that AI could finally close that gap — reading each member’s behavior and intent, then deciding and acting for them one by one, at scale. So he founded SocialHub.AI: a platform that helps brands understand each customer, predict what they do next, and orchestrate actions across owned channels and AI agents — while the customer relationship and the data stay with the brand.
