Does MarPro use my customers’ personal data?▼

No. MarPro reads only aggregate, anonymized numbers — cohort-level metrics, loyalty structures, and coupon patterns — as a research source. It never accesses individual customer records or PII, and access is read-only.

How long does a MarPro report take?▼

Do we need to change our POS system?▼

No. Socialhub Flash doesn't integrate with your POS at all. The QR code is printed on receipts or displayed on counter cards. Customer data comes from their own input and receipt photos — not your POS.

What if customers enter fake emails?▼

The coupon is delivered TO the email address. Fake email = no coupon received = no incentive to fake. In pilot data, fake email rates are under 5%.

How accurate is the receipt OCR?▼

90–95% accuracy on item names, 98%+ on prices/totals for standard thermal-printed receipts. Low-confidence extractions are flagged, not guessed.

Is this CCPA compliant?▼

Yes. Clear opt-in language on the H5 page. One-click unsubscribe in every email. Receipt images processed within 72 hours then permanently deleted. All data on Azure US.

Do store staff need training?▼
